If you have stored any OSHA hazardous chemical during 2008, at any one time in your facility in quantity that equals or exceeds 10,000 lbs, you must report this chemical. ｷ If you have stored any EHS (Extremely Hazardous Substance) in your facility during 2008, in quantity that equals or exceeds 500 lbs or the TPQ (threshold planning quantity) whichever is lower, you must report that chemical. ｷ Did you know that one of the most widely overlooked chemicals is sulfuric acid in forklift batteries? Sulfuric acid is an EHS, and must be reported if exceeds its TPQ.
