How It Works

Step 1: Purchase your All-Access Summer Pass (flat fee: $2,500). This gives you access to 60+ expert-led webinars at over 70% off the total cost. Each webinar can also be purchased individually at full price if preferred.

Step 2: After purchase, register for each webinar you want to attend. This step is mandatory to receive the instructions to join the live sessions via Microsoft Teams or to receive the recordings and other session related materials if you can't join live. You won't have access to either live sesssions or the recordings without registering for each session you wish to attend.

Step 3: If you registered in advance but missed the live session, you’ll receive the recording with 7-day access. Only registered participants who miss the live session will receive the recording. If you attend live or did not register, a recording will not be sent. You're welcome to register again and join a second or third time if you’d like to revisit a topic.

Access & Usage

This pass grants one person access to all live webinars hosted by GreenUp Academy from June 9 to August 31, 2025. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase. It is valid for online webinars only and does not include any in-person, hybrid, or classroom training events. GreenUp Academy is not responsible for technical difficulties, access issues, or missed recordings due to user error, internet disruptions, or Microsoft Teams service outages. GreenUp Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disruptions arising from webinar participation, including but not limited to technical issues, misinterpretation of content, or reliance on the training for regulatory decisions.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing the All-Access Summer Pass, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstance, including but not limited to changes in your schedule, failure to attend live sessions, inability to access recordings due to not registering, or dissatisfaction with the content. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the integrity and quality of our training programs.

One Person Per Pass

Each pass is for individual use only. Sharing the pass or using it for multiple people is strictly not allowed. Attendance is tracked. Each participant must register with their own name and email.

Transfers

You may request to transfer the pass to someone else only if no webinars have been attended and no recordings have been sent. Once either of those occurs, no transfers are allowed.

Registration Process

After purchase, you must register separately for each webinar you want to attend. This is required for receiving the Microsoft Teams link, attendance tracking, and receiving your certificate if applicable. If you don’t register, you will not get access to the session or its materials.

Recordings

If you register but cannot attend live, you will receive the recording by email. Recording links are active for seven days only. If you attend live, you will not receive a recording.

Repeat Attendance

You may attend the same webinar more than once during the summer if you wish. Simply register again for the new session.

Schedule Changes

Topics, dates, and session times may change due to unforeseen circumstances. GreenUp Academy will make every effort to offer at least 21 unique topics, with each offered at least once per month.

Copyright & Restrictions

All slides, materials, tools, and recordings are copyrighted by GreenUp Academy. You may not download, copy, share, resell, or use them to train others outside your own organization without written permission. Unauthorized duplication, recording, or distribution—whether in part or whole—of any materials, sessions, or recordings is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of U.S. federal copyright law. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, as well as civil and/or criminal legal action.

Agreement

By purchasing the All-Access Summer Pass, you confirm that:

• You understand GreenUp Academy may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenUp Academy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability or damages resulting from misuse of the materials or any claims arising from your participation in the webinars.

Completion of any webinar included in the All-Access Summer Pass does not guarantee compliance, certification, or regulatory approval. Participants are responsible for interpreting and applying the training content in alignment with their own organizational policies, industry requirements, and jurisdictional obligations.
