Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Thank you for choosing our Remote EHS Compliance & ISO Conformance Diagnostics. Please review the following policies before booking: Booking Policy Diagnostics must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Full payment or pre-approved invoice terms are required to confirm your session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and preparation instructions once your booking is complete. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one-time courtesy reschedule is available if requested at least 48 hours before the session. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, select “Join Waitlist” during booking. We will contact waitlisted clients in the order received if an earlier opening becomes available. No payment is required to join the waitlist.
